To open and maintain a pkrsalot account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:
Age Verification: pkrsalot reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending documentation. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
Each player may hold only one pkrsalot account. Registering multiple accounts – whether under your own name, a different name or using another person's identity – is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Any information that is found to be false, misleading or incomplete gives pkrsalot grounds to close your account without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrsalot login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. pkrsalot will never ask for your password by email, chat or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@pkrsalot.bet.
pkrsalot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This can be done from account settings and provides an additional layer of security against unauthorised access.
You may close your pkrsalot account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after KYC verification and provided no active bonus wagering requirements are in progress. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
All deposits to pkrsalot are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrsalot does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following payment methods are accepted:
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pkrsalot, though your chosen payment method may impose its own limits. Deposits are generally credited to your pkrsalot wallet instantly or within a few minutes.
Payment Ownership: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned, minus any processing fees incurred.
pkrsalot does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. pkrsalot is not responsible for fees applied by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals from your pkrsalot wallet are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. pkrsalot operates a same-method withdrawal policy as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard processing times are as follows:
pkrsalot may delay or withhold a withdrawal if KYC documentation has not been submitted or verified, if the withdrawal triggers an internal risk or fraud check, or if there are active bonus wagering requirements outstanding on the account.
Bonus Wagering: Real money funds can only be withdrawn once any active bonus wagering requirement has been fully completed. Attempting to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
pkrsalot offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.
All bonus funds awarded by pkrsalot carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling Rs 30,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino games typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the game. Table games such as Baccarat and Teen Patti may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution percentages are listed in each promotion's terms.
pkrsalot monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Any behaviour that pkrsalot determines to be bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to lock in bonus funds, or systematically exploiting promotions – will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at pkrsalot's sole discretion.
Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement expire after 30 days from the date the bonus is credited unless stated otherwise. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the account automatically.
pkrsalot offers a range of products including live casino games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Live Dealer Slots), online slots, sports betting (cricket, football, other sports), and crash games including Aviator. Each product area has its own supplementary rules which are accessible from within the game or market interface.
All sports bets on pkrsalot are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, FIFA for football). Bets placed on void events, postponed matches or cancelled fixtures will be refunded to your pkrsalot wallet at the original stake amount. Live in-play bets stand on the state of the match at the time the bet is accepted and cannot be voided due to a subsequent delay or interruption.
Casino games on pkrsalot use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and approved by independent third-party laboratories. Live dealer games use physical cards and equipment verified by the live studio operator. The outcome of any game is final once settled and cannot be reversed unless pkrsalot identifies a technical fault that demonstrably affected the result.
In the event of a technical fault, network outage or software malfunction that interrupts a game or betting market, pkrsalot will investigate and either reinstate the game from a valid checkpoint or void and refund the affected stake. pkrsalot's decision on the handling of technical faults is final.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pkrsalot platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances, with no obligation to refund.

pkrsalot does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use pkrsalot at your own risk. We recommend maintaining up-to-date antivirus software on any device used to access the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits pkrsalot's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
All content on the pkrsalot platform – including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, text, graphics, images, audio and video – is the property of pkrsalot or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkrsalot platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license or otherwise exploit any content from pkrsalot without prior written permission.
